November of 2007 God calls me to start a youth camp.

November 13th 2007 Met with Cindy Mendoza to get Camp Liberty incorporated

November 15th Camp Liberty was established and 1st board meeting was held.

Jan 2008 Bank account was opened.

March1st started planning for Golf Tournament

May 2008 501c3 was sent in for Government approval

June 10 2008 Government recognized Camp Liberty as a Non-Profit Charty

July 11 2008 Camp Liberty received it Tax exemption from the State of Texas

August 5th Thomas Everett (Dallas Cowboy) agreed to attend the Golf Tournament

August 13th Jeff Kunkel (Texas Ranger) agreed to attend the Golf Tournament

August 30 2008 Keith Jones and I went to Bynum to check out land

Sept 4 2008 Golf Tournament Fundraiser - Great event raising $7000 for Camp Liberty 60 golfers attended

Sept 26th Camp Liberty signed a contract on the 75 acres in Bynum - Visited land again and took more pictures

Sept 27th Camp Liberty purchased a work truck for construction

Sept 29th sent out email message to 100 people to help raise money for land. "Pray, Donate $10 and forward info to others on email list."

November 22nd recieved a donation of $22,500 to purchase land

Nov 24th Camp decided to not to close on 75 acres and is searching for another piece of land

Jan 1st still hunting for land and have realtors help us look for the Land the Lord would have us to serve him on!

March 27th found 42.4 acres in Fairfield, working with seller to work out price and owner finance

April 10th came to an agreement with the seller on land

April 14th seller added extra requirement on contract

April 24 re-worked agreement on land to get better rate and lower cost on land

May 13th signed paperwork and closed on land

May 14th setup 911 address for land

May 14th start paperwork to get electricity and water on land

May 20th meet with Electric company to find location to set electric pole, paid and set up water (Water meter will be installed following week) and took care of setting up at the Tax office as a non-profit

May 27th setting electric pole and scheduling when it will be active

June 5th Electric pole is live

June 10th donation of a safe

June 15th donation of 2 small freezers and a 2 door upright freezer

July 24 water meter installed

July 26th Riding lawn mower donated

July 27th picked up 60+ brand new windows donated (Valued over $30,000)

July 31st Picking up 2 desks

August worked on mower, order part $500

August Installed water faucet

August 15th installed electric plug

Sept 4th golf tournament 92 golfers to attend
